Talulah Belle does not disclose or share any personal information provided by our customers without your express consent. All customer profile information is stored on a restricted database server secured by Shopify and is used only for the purposes of fulfilling your order. Profile information will never be disclosed to any party outside of necessary channels to ship and process your order in a timely manner. EXCHANGES & RETURNS

If you need to return or exchange your in-store or online purchase, we will gladly accept it for return or exchange within 10 days or purchase or original ship date with original receipt.

Items must not have been worn, altered, or washed and tags must be attached. We will credit the card on which the purchase was made or offer Talulah Belle store credit for a future purchase!

RETURN POLICY

SHIPPING

Orders are dispatched within 3 working days subject to payment, address verification and availability of items. We will contact you if there is a delay to your shipment or items are out of stock for any reason.

Currently Talulah Belle is unable to ship to P.O. Boxes.

Orders received on weekends (Saturday or Sunday) will not begin processing until the following business day. We are unable to ship orders on Saturday or Sunday.

For urgent shipments, including overnight or express shipping, please call us at (248) 453-5054 during regular business hours and we will do our best to accomodate your needs. We offer UPS 3 Day Select, 2nd Day Air, and Next Day Air for rush orders confirmed by phone.

PAYMENT

Talulah Belle accepts the following forms of payment in-store & online:

Paypal, Venmo, Gift Cards, Credit Cards including American Express, Master Card, Visa and Discover.

Cash is accepted in-store only.

Sales Tax:  Local taxes, if applicable, will be added to your order.

Online Purchases:  An acknowledgement of your order will be sent by email. We also aim to dispatch all orders within three (3) working days subject to credit clearance, address verification and availability of items. Please note that you must supply us with your valid email address in order to receive your electronic order confirmation.
